Terms of use
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before making your reservation. By making a booking with us, you agree to be legally bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not wish to be subject to these terms and conditions, unfortunately you will not be able to make a service request through our website.
If you do not understand any of the conditions of the contract, we recommend that you contact customer service before proceeding with any contract. If any term or provision of these terms and conditions is declared invalid, illegal or unenforceable, invalidity, illegality or unenforceability of these will not affect the other terms and conditions
1 Service and Contract Formalization
1.1 DELTOYDE acts as an agent of third parties providing the transport service. Therefore, the contract for the request of the transport service is between the user and the supplier.
1.2 By making a reservation on our website you are initiating a contract with the provider and not with DELTOYDE. When you make the reservation, you agree to be legally bound by these terms and conditions.
1.3 Once your reservation request is submitted, the details of the reservation will be sent to the service provider. You will receive a confirmation e-mail only when your reservation has been accepted by the provider, thus formalizing the contract between you and the service provider.
2 Responsibility
2.1 The responsibility for the provision of the transfer service between the customer and the service provider is limited exclusively to the two parties, among which the service has been contracted. DELTOYDE's liability resulting from such a contract is therefore limited to that of a third party agent between the customer and the supplier. Any liability arising from the provision of the transfer service shall be the sole responsibility of the service provider and its insurance companies.
2.2 To the best of our knowledge, all service providers on this website are fully licensed and insured under the laws in force in the countries in which they operate. Because laws and licenses vary from country to country, some service providers may limit or waive certain responsibilities on their terms. We recommend that, whenever you travel, you get the right travel insurance.
2.3 It is the client's responsibility to ensure that he has sufficient time to arrive on time to make his trip. Both the service provider and DELTOYDE are exempt from liability arising from any loss that the customer suffers (including, for example, loss of flights) due to lack of time due to poor customer planning.
2.4 By accepting these Terms and Conditions, the client disclaims all responsibility for DELTOYDE in the event of losses, expenses or complaints arising from any problems associated with the transfer, and this responsibility is only for the service provider.
3 Availability of Services
3.1 We are authorized, on behalf of the service providers, to refuse any request for service. We can not guarantee the successful allocation of a service provider for all reservations requests received. In the event that your reservation request can not be accepted, you will receive an email informing you of the alternatives that we can offer you.
3.2 All information on this website is offered in good faith and has been considered correct at the time of publication. DELTOYDE is not responsible for inaccuracies in the content that are due to outdated information and that has not been previously warned by the service provider.
4 Payment
4.1 Unless otherwise agreed, the payment method will be through our 100% guaranteed payment platform.
